What is included?
- Accidental Damage cover is not automatic but can be included for an extra premium.
- Specified or Unspecified All Risks cover is not automatic but can be selected and included for an additional premium.
- Buildings section includes €2000 fire brigade charges cover, €700 satellite aerials cover & €700 trace and access cover.
- €4000 business equipment is included.
- 20% (of building sum insured) Rent & Alternative Accommodation cover is included.
- €1275 frozen food cover is included.
- Unlimited loss of oil cover included.
- 10% increasein contents sum insured for wedding gifts and christmas gifts included.
- €2000 clean up expenses included.
- €3,000,000 for Employers & Public Liability.

Optional extensions can include:
- Specified or Unspecified All Risks.
- Pedal cycles.
- Caravan.

What premium discounts are available?
- Burglar Alarm.
- €500 voluntary excess. (bringing the total excess to €750)
- Age of insured discount.

What is the excess?
- Standard policy excess is €250 but this increases to €1,000 for subsidence claims.
